She is already the face of Burberry and a household name thanks to her role as Hermione in Harry Potter, but this isn’t stopping Emma Watson from extending her fashion portfolio even further.
The teenager has teamed up with clothing line People Tree to create an ethical collection and the results have been unveiled today.
With her love of fashion and youth on her side, we aren’t surprised by the sporty, very wearable range that features plenty of organic cotton, Breton stripes and blazers.
Speaking about her decision to collaborate with the brand, Emma said: "It is hard to know what is good and what is bad on the high street and equally hard to find fashionable or youthful ethical clothing."
We also think it’s great to get such a big name designing ethical fashion, as it may bring the cause to more people’s attention.
Who knows, maybe Emma will be stealing Kate Moss’ crown as top model-turned-designer in the future. As well as her Topshop and perfume ranges, Ms Moss recently unveiled her new handbag collection for Longchamp in Paris.
Sustainable brand People Tree was founded by green campaigner Safia Minney in 1991.
